It seems, as of late, that coffee has become a social focal point in my life. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed sipping my coffee and basking in the quiet time before the day really starts. And coffee just naturally falls into the picture when catching up with friends — who do you know that doesn’t love a good conversation and cup of joe at your favorite local spot?
Which brings me to this post of mixing two favorites with this little blog, my lofty ambition is to share a weekly virtual cup of coffee and thought for the day with all of you. Hope you’ll enjoy… xo, Caroline
“Old friends pass away, new friends appear. It is just like the days. An old day passes, a new day arrives. The important thing is to make it meaningful: a meaningful friend – or a meaningful day.” –Dalai Lama

Love this, Carols! This is so perfect for you and will definitely be something to look forward to each week! Love YOU! XOXO!
This bit of advice is prwoeful. I hire for companies partnering with private equity and have experienced the same thing with young people. Once you explain that the job is about the company, not their career development only, the winners get it and pick up the ball.Great to hear the truth from entrepreneurs.
