yesterday was a coveted day in the Charleston community…the release of the Charleston City Paper Best Of Edition. check it out, it’s fun to read and check off how many places you’ve been to [aka how cool you are].

last night, a fabulous group of girls decided that a mid-week happy hour was desperately needed and we head to our favorite happy hour spot [aka Charleston's Best Happy Hour, 3.years.in.a.row] at Social.

Y’ALL…let me tell you. they have this fabulous happy hour menu and it is cheap. last night, i had two glasses of pinot noir and homemade chips with blue cheese fondue [delicious] for a whopping $9.86 [+ gratuity]. they also have full-size margherita pizzas for $3 during happy hour. i’m thinking that H and I should start eating dinner there once  a week.

i think everyone needs a little happy in their hours every once in a while.

back on track

Thank you Ellen for waking me back up. In fact, I have been a terrible blogger lately but, I’m back and will be posting regularly! (I hope everyone else will, too!) This might get long and random so be prepared!

Things have been going really well lately. Work is EVER SO Demanding which is good because I have more responsibility but by the time I get home, I just want to sit alone in a room.. by myself.. with no one asking me Anything. hahaha But I dont! This summer has been packed full of fun things to do and the beach is buzzing!

Since I’ve posted.. I’ve hosted a cute little Very Un-Bridal Bridal shower for Adrienne. With the help of LaBruce, Ann Hughston, and Catherine, it went SO well and turned out really cute!

Also, another little event we’ve been enjoying is Happy Hour Tuesdays. Maybe I’ll start posting photos from these. Laura and I embarked on this adventure and I suggest y’all all do the same! We’ve been to lots of different places…

But the thing I’m most excited about is seeing some of y’all next weekend! I miss my girls and am looking forward to hanging with everyone and seeing Adrienne all dressed up!
